It’s the perfect time to relax and recover from the previous week. Along with cleaning, i like to take time to relaxing and love on myself. It releases dopamine and serotonin in the brain, making us feel happier and more at peace.

Make Breakfast Foods Such As Pancakes Or Eggs/Bacon While Listening To Relaxing Music For At Least 30 Minutes Before Starting Your Day.


Cook lunch and plan the following week; Drink a big glass of water or lemon water. Sundays are for self care.
